Air France unveils ultra-exclusive La Premiere suites on Singapore route

The exclusive suites have no fewer than five windows and two entertainment screens
Air France has unveiled a super-luxury first class cabin on its Singapore route with the launch of its new, ultra-exclusive La Premiere suites.
The new-look suites will take off this spring on the airline’s New York-JFK service, with destinations including Los Angeles, Tokyo-Haneda and Singapore to be added during the summer 2025 season.
The first class cabin will consist of four La Premiere suites at three-and-a-half metres each, featuring five windows, a seat and a chaise-longue that converts to a two-metre-long bed.
The new La Premiere suite has been developed over the last three years. The polished suites feature full-grain leather upholstery and plush wool with a colour palette of gray with touches of red and champagne-coloured metallic accents.

Overhead compartments have been replaced with floor-level storage
Clever design touches include easy-access floor-level storage to replace overhead compartments; a large sliding drawer accommodates up to two carry-on cases and a second drawer under the chaise-longue has been designed for footwear. There’s a personal compartment with a backlit mirror near the seat for personal belongings and also a wardrobe.
The seat adjusts to takeoff, landing, dining and relaxation modes and includes an embossed leather headrest with ergonomic padding. The chaise-longue extends to a two-metre long, 75cm wide fully flat bed and the suites are enclosed by a thick, floor-to-ceiling noise-reducing curtain rather than a sliding door. Centre-of-the-aisle suites allow for shared travel via a full-height electric sliding partition that can be opened or closed at the touch of a button.
The suites boast two, 32-inch 4K screens and passengers are provided with noise-cancelling headphones (personal headphones can also be connected using Bluetooth). Each suite is also equipped with USB-A and USB-C ports, wireless charging stations and dedicated holders for smartphone or tablets. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the flight.
It’s hoped the sleek new suites will woo luxury business and private jet travellers.
