Art Central announces its return for Hong Kong Art Week 2025

Art Central Hong Kong Art Week 2025

Art Central will take up its usual position on Central Harbourfront in Hong Kong in March

The popular Art Central art fair will return as part of Hong Kong Art Week in 2025. This year marks the tenth edition of the fair, cementing its position as an important cornerstone of Hong Kong Art Week.

Art Central 2025 will take up its usual position on Central Harbourfront, presenting a wide range of artwork from both new and established artists and Asia’s top art galleries. Art Central is open to art professionals and collectors as well as interested members of the general public.

"As Hong Kong continues to demonstrate its importance as an international destination for arts and culture, we have faith that Hong Kong Art Week 2025 will be a success," said Art Central 2025 fair director Corey Andrew Barr. "We look forward to playing a significant role in nurturing the local arts ecosystem again."

Established in 2015, Art Central has played an important role on the Hong Kong art scene by highlighting both emerging and established artists in Asia and beyond. Along with a varied programme of talks, installations, videos and performance art, Art Central will debut ‘Legend’ in 2025, a programme inviting galleries to showcase the work of artists born before 1970 to spotlight artists from earlier generations. The event will also this year host ten galleries as part of ‘Neo’, focusing on new galleries exhibiting at Art Central.

Art Central 2025 opens in Hong Kong on March 26 and runs to March 30 supported by long-standing partner UOB and curated by Europe-based curator and artist, Enoch Cheng.
