The resort aims to offer a welcoming environment where the hope is you leave a bit fitter than when you arrived. Guests can participate in everything, or just pick and choose. The team ensures varying degrees of difficulty in the programme to accommodate both those looking to work hard and feel challenged and those hoping for something less intense.

Prices start from US$2,600 per person, twin share and includes return speedboat airport transfer, daily brunch, nightly dinner, all activities, one scuba dive and a photo package.

The ‘Reawaken Retreat’ is an immersive three-day journey of self-discovery and transformation. The programme takes place at the resort’s Earth Spa with life coaching, yoga, healing meditations, reflective rituals and bespoke spa therapies.


Practitioners leading the retreat include Judy Xu, a life coach and founder of natural health clinic, Balance Health, in Hong Kong. Sudha Nair is resident wellness manager at the resort and has more than 20 years experience in naturopathy, yoga and holistic health.


The retreat takes a three-step approach to well-being, addressing body, mind and soul through spa treatments, body analysis, clean-eating menus, breathwork, meditation, yoga, goal-setting and intention-setting.

What’s the deal?

Global healthcare group Chi Longevity has opened a clinic at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. The clinic uses a scientific approach to offer tailored programmes that manage the aging process. The clinic has a multi-disciplinary team of doctors, dieticians, psychologists and health coaches who can provide assessments using blood tests, cognitive testing and genetic profiling. These insights are used to create a bespoke action plan to address age-related health risks up to ten years before they manifest. 


The culinary team at Four Seasons is working alongside the clinic to create specially curated well-being menus at the Pool House.

What’s the deal?

Avani+ has launched two new signature AvaniWell wellness retreat packages, available exclusively to Avani+ Hua Hin Resort. The multi-day ‘Reset’ and ‘Recharge’ programmes include accommodation, healthy meals and curated activities.


The two- and four-night packages combine relaxation and exercise as well as ‘gut-loving’ ingredients in the tailored menus. The daily schedule incorporates expert-led activities from rebalancing yoga to muscle-burning workouts and feel-good reformer pilates. Guests can also take part in a raw juice detox and join a wellness cooking class. 


Spa treatments include full-body massages, facials and traditional Thai medicine sessions.


What does it cost?

The two-night Reset Retreat package starts from THB 17,040 based on one person staying in an Avani Deluxe Room, or THB 28,690 for a couple. The four-night Recharge package is THB 35,980 for one person or THB66,160 for two people. 


The packages include all meals, consultations and activities. Both packages offer the option to upgrade to an Avani Pool Villa.
