Emirates will be flying four VTL flights a week to Singapore.
Emirates has revealed it will be operating four Vaccinated Travel Lane flights a week between Dubai and Singapore from the end of February.
Dubai is set to be added to Singapore’s VTL network from February 25 which means vaccinated travellers from Dubai will be able to enter the Asian city quarantine-free.
The new flight schedule will take effect from the same day with a service operating on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, departing Dubai at 10am and arriving in Singapore at 9.25pm local time. All other Emirates flights are non-VTL services and passengers will not be eligible for VTL entry into Singapore.
Emirates has also partnered with medical groups in Singapore to offer special rates on PCR testing. Emirates passengers can enjoy discounts at selected clinics on presentation of their Emirates E-ticket, including Fullerton Health and Healthway Medical Group. To enter Dubai, PCR testing must be carried out within 72 hours of departure from Singapore.
Vaccinated VTL arrivals in Singapore no longer need to take a PCR arrival test, but must instead take a rapid test at one of the city’s designated testing centres.
