A garden access room at Grand Hyatt Singapore

Grand Hyatt Singapore will be flinging open its doors to guests this week with a reopening scheduled for July 10.

Revealed will be the first phase of a multi-year transformation which includes a revamped Terrace Wing, wellness hub and dining spaces.

Later this year, Le Pristine Singapore will debut at the hotel, a collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Sergio Herman. The hot new dining spot replaces Mezza 9. The hotel’s popular Martini Bar will also return along with Pete’s Place Italian restaurant and poolside dining at Oasis.

And finally, in 2025, the Grand Wing will reopen, completing the renovation project.

The Terrace Wing has been redesigned by Tokyo-based Strickland and NAO Taniyama with UK-based landscape architects Grant Associates. The space includes a meandering tropical garden with waterfalls, wellness facilities, a 24-hour fitness centre, lap pool and outdoor lawn area that will be used for yoga, pilates and boot camps.

Guest rooms also have daybeds nestled in the window alcoves

The 292 Terrace Wing rooms embrace a back-to-nature vibe with soothing natural tones, green marble accents and wooden furnishings. The rooms are among the largest on the Orchard Road strip and include daybeds tucked into alcoves and multi-purpose tables.

Five, newly created king bed premium rooms have garden and pool access. And three presidential suites, each covering 252 sqm, will offer dedicated living, entertaining and dining areas.

Popular dining spot Straits Kitchen will also be reopening this week with revamped menus and interiors and crowd-pleasing favourites like chilli crab, laksa, butter chicken and satay making a return.

And the wellness hub, known as Damai, will offer a wellness pool, halo steam room, dual therapy sauna, air lounge hydro pool, 25m lap pool and outdoor area for guided wellness sessions.

As a leader in sustainable hospitality, Grand Hyatt Singapore reopens using 100% renewable electricity. There’s also an in-house water bottling plant and drinking water taps in guest rooms.

Hotel reservations are open now and the property is offering 15% discounts to World of Hyatt members who book before August 31 for stays before December 31 2025.
