Watermark
Enjoy plenty of Star Ferry-spotting action at Watermark
This harbourside spot is at the centre of all the action on the upper level of Pier 7, home to Hong Kong's iconic Star Ferry. The atmospheric dining spot is managed by Hong Kong's Cafe Deco Group and reopened earlier this autumn following refurbishment and menu updates.
The space makes the most of its position right by Victoria Harbour with huge glass windows taking in a 270-degree sweep of water.
The venue offers all-day dining with plenty of jet-fresh seafood including Boston lobster, freshly shucked oysters, scallops, prawns and clams and there's an impressive seafood platter. The menu also spotlights M7 Wagyu Flat Iron Steak, a premium cut of well-marbled Australian wagyu.
Watermark is open from noon 'til late.

Aqua
Head outside to Aqua's two alfresco terraces and some of the best views in town
One of Hong Kong’s best-loved dining spots renowned for its harbour views, Aqua moved to a new spot in 2022. However, the views at the new gaff are possibly even better than before with a breathtaking city and waterview panorama and two outdoor terraces.
The interiors are stunning, with a mirrored ‘water world’ catwalk as you step out of the lift, sea shell panels and handmade brass ‘ripple lights’ positioned to mimic sunlight dancing on waves.
Expect Japanese and Italian-influenced menus and an epic weekend brunch with plenty of bubbles, both in your glass and on the harbour.

Harbourside Grill
Hidden inside Ocean Terminal, Harbourside Grill packs a punch when it comes to harbour views
If ever there was an aptly-named restaurant, then it was this. Boasting some of the best wraparound harbour views in the city, Harbourside Grill is located rather incongruously inside a shopping mall.
But don’t be fooled by the bland shopping location, inside, the restaurant wows with floor-to-ceiling glass fully maximising its waterfront location. And outside is an expansive terrace with views of the busy harbour eastwards and out to Lantau and the outlying islands in the west. Sunset is particularly spectacular.
Enjoy alfresco drinks and relaxed French brasserie-style dining.
