The Farm at San Benito

Experience The Farm at San Benito without leaving Hong Kong

Enjoy a wellness stay without leaving Hong Kong this month as The Farm at San Benito ‘pops up’ at the Upper House.

The Farm at San Benito is an award-winning, eco-luxury medical wellness resort in the Philippines. It specialises in natural and medically supervised health programmes, addressing conditions such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, chronic pain, hormonal imbalance, anxiety, stress and depression. Custom programmes are planned by medical and alternative-medicine doctors and supported by nurses, spa therapists, nutritionists, chefs, fitness coaches and yoga instructors.

At its first-ever, week-long residency at Hong Kong’s Upper House, The Farm’s Dr Marian Alonzo will be leading a number of wellness talks covering subjects such as fertility and menopause, healthy ageing, mental health and anxiety and children’s wellbeing.

There will also be complementary ‘living foods’ juicing classes by The Farm’s chef Marie Pagcaliwagan as well as holistic treatments by Lem Senillo, The Farm’s spa director and herbalist and aroma specialist.

At an additional cost, guests will also be able to take advantage of a personal holistic health consultation with Dr Alonzo, psychoemotional clearing, purification treatments, Filipino hilot massage, anti-jetlag aromatherapy massage, foot massage and a three-course living foods preparation workshop.

The Wellness on the Road residency runs from May 17 to 23. Prices start at HK$5,200 per room per night, including a one-night stay in a Studio 70, daily breakfast for two, a 60-minute massage by The Farm for two, access to any wellness talk with Dr Alonzo and the 45-minute juicing class.
