Kids' active zone opens at Anantara Phuket property

Fun for kids at the brand new Layan Active Zone in Phuket.

Luxury hotel group Anantara has opened a family-friendly Active Zone at its Phuket residential properties.

Owners and residents at Avadina Hills by Anantara and Layan Residences by Anantara will be able to enjoy a brand new Beach House as well as the Active Zone.

The Beach House is Phuket’s first all-day beach venue and boasts a beachside infinity pool, casual dining at Breeze on the ground floor and fine dining on the middle-floor which is currently hosting a zuma pop-up. Or sit back with a cocktail at Roof Top while soaking up the Andaman Sea views.

The Layan Active Zone boasts brand new tennis courts, a ten-and-a-half metre climbing wall (the tallest in Phuket) with practice routes for younger children, a Muay Thai boxing ring, a skate park, an outdoor gym and a dedicated Teen Zone with retro games consoles and craft corners. And there’s also a family-friendly pool and children’s corner for youngsters. A café, Cocoon, will be serving up healthy treats to fill rumbling tums.

Further amenities at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort include a serviced beach, hillside spa pool, indoor fitness centre, Anantara Spa, in-residence wellness and dining services, helipad, charter helicopter service and yacht tender jetty.

Further development plans are in the pipeline, including a medical spa, mini marina and additional residences slated for a 2024 opening.

Avadina Hills by Anantara and Layan Residences by Anantara are nestled on a secluded hill overlooking the Andaman. Residences range from 1,695sqm to 3,702sqm and management, maintenance, facilities and services are provided by the adjacent Anantara Layan Phuket Resort. Private viewings of the remaining few villas can be arranged by contacting the Minor Residences team.
