Plaza Premium launches a first class lounge experience with Beyond First

Enjoy a first class lounge experience for an annual fee

Plaza Premium is reaching for the luxury end of the airport lounge experience with the launch of Beyond First.

Described as a ‘bespoke, 360-degree travel experience’, Beyond First offers a personalised first class lounge service, regardless as to your airline or cabin status.

The full service begins with a limousine pick-up from your home or hotel. Passengers are greeted at the airport by a dedicated Meet & Assist team who guide both you and your luggage through the initial airport check in. Travellers are then escorted to the Plaza Premium First lounge. If you’re departing from Hong Kong, you can take advantage of the Infinity Room with a la carte dining, premium wines and cocktails. On leaving the lounge, a buggy service is provided to your boarding gate.

When you arrive, the local Meet & Greet team will meet you at the gate and transfer you by buggy to immigration. A porter service will also be arranged for luggage collection and assisting with airport procedures. A limousine will then whisk you from the airport to your hotel or home.

Plaza Premium’s target markets for this high-end airport service are luxury business travellers and ‘affluent globetrotters’. However, it notes that parents could wave off unaccompanied minors using the service with increased peace of mind. 

Plaza Premium is now offering travellers the opportunity to become a founding member of the Beyond First Club at an introductory annual fee of HK$10,000. Beyond First is available in Hong Kong now, with locations including Macau, Toronto, Abu Dhabi and Rome to follow.
