Let Plaza Premium take the strain when you travel
If you’re travelling this summer with multiple children and pieces of luggage, it might be worth taking a look at the new ALLWAYS service that’s been launched by airport lounge specialist, Plaza Premium.
This comprehensive, global service is now available at Hong Kong airport and includes a selection of premium services designed to make your journey as smooth and comfortable as possible.
The ALLWAYS end-to-end service includes baggage pick-up (and delivery at the other end), limousine transfer and a professional Meet & Assist service when you arrive at the airport for departure; this service is also available at participating airports for transit and arrival. A personal assistant will meet you at a designated meeting point to help with baggage and security clearance and then escort you to the airport lounge or departure gate. Personal requests can be attended to and any wrapping and strapping of baggage managed.
Wheelchairs and strollers can be provided if needed, as well as battery recharging and any printing and photocopying services that might be needed.
At Hong Kong airport, an ALLWAYS electric buggy or vintage buggy is also on-hand to meet you at arrivals or to move you swiftly from immigration to lounge or departure gate.
On arrival either at Hong Kong or at a participating destination airport, a porter can help with luggage collection from the belt and transport everything to your onward transportation.
The service at Hong Kong airport also includes access to the stylish cocktail experience at Intervals dining space. Enjoy food and drinks courtesy of Plaza Premium on the airport’s new Skybridge.
