
Passengers on Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pacific flights can use the in-town check-in desks
If you’re flying with Singapore Airlines you can now check in and drop any luggage for your flight at Hong Kong station.
From Monday February 24, Singapore Airlines joined Cathay Pacific, Hong Kong Airlines and Qantas at the in-town check-in facility at Hong Kong station. Bags can be dropped up to 24 hours before your flight, leaving you free to enjoy Hong Kong baggage-free until it’s time to head to the airport.
The service is available up to 90 minutes before departure.
The in-town check-in facility for Singapore Airlines passengers is available between 9am and 5.20pm at Hong Kong station. The service is not available at Kowloon station.
Meanwhile, Cathay Pacific passengers can use the service at Hong Kong station from 6am to 11pm and at Kowloon station from 6am to 3pm; desks are open for Hong Kong Airlines passengers between 6am and 7pm at Hong Kong station and from 6am to 3pm at Kowloon station; and those flying with Qantas can check-in between 7am and 6pm at Hong Kong station and 7am and 3pm at Kowloon station. So far, no service has resumed at Tsing Yi station.
