Fly through the sky with Hello Kitty
Heading to Singapore this summer? If so, don’t miss the cute Hello Kitty joint 50th birthday celebrations with Singapore Cable Car.
Singapore Cable Car launched in 1974 and since then has swung more than 60 million visitors between Mount Faber Peak and Sentosa island. The Hello Kitty tie-up is just one of a line-up of activities that will run throughout the year.
From now until the end of December, visitors can enjoy a Hello Kitty-themed ride along the Mount Faber cable car route from Mount Faber Peak to Sentosa.
In addition to a specially designed fleet of Hello Kitty-themed vintage cable cars, there’s also a two metre Hello Kitty sculpture to welcome visitors arriving at Mount Faber Peak. The golden statue to mark Hello Kitty’s golden year is one of a series of photo spots launched for the birthday celebration experience.
Tickets for the cable car ride cost S$35 for adults and S$25 for children aged four to 12 years for a return trip on the Mount Faber and Sentosa lines. Grab a S$10 upgrade and enjoy unlimited rides valid for one day. Children under three years old ride for free.
