Singapore serviced apartments to open following refurb

The two- and three-bedroom apartments also have pool access.

Hospitality group Accor will be taking over 8 on Claymore Serviced Residences, a complex of serviced apartments in Singapore’s ritzy Orchard Road shopping district.

8 on Claymore Serviced Residences will fall under the Accor umbrella at the end of this year and will reopen following a soft refurbishment of rooms and public areas in the middle of next year.

The 85-room property offers executive studios through to two- and three-bedroom apartments. All have spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchens and in-room laundry facilities.

Guests will also be able to access the Club Lounge for breakfast, to relax or to take part in a range of social events. The Club Lounge has a landscaped outdoor pool and 24-hour gym.

8 on Claymore Serviced Residences is a five-minute walk from Orchard MRT and is also within walking distance of the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Some of Singapore’s best shopping, restaurants, bars and entertainment is just minutes from the complex.

8 on Claymore will join 28 other Accor properties in the city, including Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Swissotel, Novotel, Mercure and ibis brands.
