Singapore Streets art exhibition to open at Siri House

Singapore-based artist Louise Hill will be hosting a three-month exhibition at Siri House Art Space, part of Siri House Singapore.

The plush lifestyle and dining space at Dempsey is owned by luxury Bangkok property developer Sansiri. The space was given a revamp during Singapore’s circuit breaker last year and boasts gorgeous furnishings, bright handwoven Jim Thompson silks and an al fresco terrace.

Along with the 42-seat restaurant, Siri House is also host to a homewares and accessories ‘Collective Market’ and an art gallery.

The art gallery will be hosting Hill’s ‘Singapore Streets’ exhibition open every day during restaurant hours, showcasing a selection of the artist’s limited edition prints.

Private appointments with the artist can be booked on Fridays and there will be a number of giveaways and promotions as well as a lucky prize draw to win a limited edition print and Siri House dining experience.

Hill uses a mix of graphic design, illustration and photography to create multi-layered artworks that are printed onto canvas and etching paper. They are then painstakingly hand-finished with gold and metallic inks applied with a tiny paintbrush.

'Singapore Streets' runs from February 16 to May 24, Siri House, Block 8D, 01-02 Dempsey Road, Dempsey Hill, Singapore. Reservations can be made online.
