The Langham marks Global Wellness Day with wellbeing staycation

Stretch out at The Langham this summer.

If you’ve spent much of the year hunched over your laptop and endless Zoom meetings, it might be worth marking in your iCal that Global Wellness Day is just around the corner.

To celebrate the June 12 event, Hong Kong’s The Langham hotel is stretching out to collaborate with local ambassadors for international sports brand Lululemon on a special wellness staycation package for Hong Kongers.

‘Rejuvenate, Recharge, Redefine’ aims to “refuel your inner self” and improve your movement, as well as the opportunity to indulge a little as you relax at the five-star property.

Lululemon ambassador Chris Tang is a rehabilitation and pre-habilitation specialist and will be guiding guests through an hour-long self-care ‘mobility’ class. The class aims to increase and improve range of movement and posture with stretching and stability work.

And fellow ambassador and gong and singing bowl master Malbert Lee will be leading an hour of sound experience with gentle movement to promote energy flow. This will be followed up with gong and singing bowl sound meditation to lift the mind, body and spirit.

Also included in the staycation is a complimentary pink lululemon yoga mat, a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Room, healthy amenities for two, a detox dinner set for two and a buffet breakfast for two. Both wellness classes are included in the package.

Bookings are open now for stays from June 9 to September 11, 2021. Prices per room start from HK$2,388.
