Travel style from around the world

Not being able to travel doesn't mean we can't enjoy faraway lands. Here's our round-up of the most stunning travel souvenirs to hit the editor's desk this week.

Brilliant bags

We might be relegated to staycation-only territory this season, but the Asia Family Traveller team has been lusting after these gorgeous customised Louis Vuitton Keepall travel bags.

Luxe hospitality group One&Only has launched the limited edition, custom-designed bags to “celebrate the art of travel”. The bags come in a number of designs, each one inspired by a One&Only resort around the world. One&Only has partnered with several designers over the years. For this collaboration, each Louis Vuitton bag has been transformed with the embroidery skills of artist Jonathan Riss for Jay Ahr. one&onlyresorts.com

Scents of adventure

If you’re craving the balmy, sweet-scented breeze of an Indian Ocean island, The White Company’s new Seychelles range of scents will have you back on those powdery white, coconut tree-fringed sands in an instant.

We loved the home spray, which can be applied throughout the house, from living rooms to bedrooms, bathrooms and hallways. Sprayed onto bed linen is a particularly pleasant way to drop off at night.

Notes of fresh bergamot, orange and amber combine with tropical coconut, vanilla and almond to evoke that desert island feeling. thewhitecompany.com

Wild designs

Resort architect Bill Bensley has collaborated with Australian jewellery designer Kate McCoy to raise funds for Wildlife Alliance, a group that protects the forests from illegal logging and poaching at Bensley’s Shinta Mani Wild tented camp in Cambodia.

The stunning ‘Nature’s Treasury’ collections include 20 pieces, from bangles and earrings to necklaces and rings, crafted using rare and ethically sourced jewels. McCoy hopes they celebrate the precious environment surrounding Shinta Mani Wild.

For each piece purchased, Bensley Collection will offer a discount of ten per cent of the purchase price off a future three-night stay at Shinta Mani Wild, valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. naturestreasury.com.au
