The United Arab Emirates is set to welcome Trump Tower Dubai following a collaborative development project announced this week between the Trump Organization and Saudi real estate developer, Dar Global.

The development will include a Trump Hotel and branded residences. Location and design details will be revealed later this year and the property is slated to open sometime in 2025. The announcement comes hot on the heels of a separate deal between Dar Global and the Trump Organization to build a high-rise tower in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Dar Global is also developing a Trump Hotel and villas in Muscat, Oman, which are slated to open in 2028.

Donald Trump passed the management of his real estate empire to his sons in 2017 when he became president of the United States.

According to Dar Global, the project will be located in a “prime location” in Dubai and offer a “beacon of elegance and sophistication”. The property will include a Trump Hotel and branded residential units showcasing state-of-the-art amenities and world-class services.

“We are proud to expand our presence in the region further through the launch of our iconic Trump Tower Dubai in collaboration with the world-class luxury developer Dar Global,” said Eric Trump, executive vice president of the Trump Organization. “Trump Tower exemplifies our commitment to excellence and luxury, and we look forward to bringing our vision to live in one of the world’s most dynamic cities.”
