The elegant Hue Dining restaurant is located at the Hong Kong Museum of Art on Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront and boasts stunning views across Victoria Harbour.
The tea set, ‘Between Black and White at Hue Dining’, is launched by newly appointed Executive Chef Ramsey Wong to celebrate the art of esteemed Chinese painter Wu Guanzhong.
The tea menu is inspired by the colours and textures found in the works of Guanzhong and reflects the painter’s current exhibition at the Hong Kong Museum of Art.
Just like the master painter's philosophy of combining traditional Eastern ink wash drawings with Western oil painting, the seasonal afternoon tea set beautifully showcases a harmonious blend of Asian and European flavours.
This special afternoon tea set features a range of creative sweet and savoury delights, including freshly baked scones served with clotted cream, blackberries with rosemary jam, black and white sesame donuts, mille feuilles, sandwiches and tartlets.
The prize includes afternoon tea for two and two mocktails.
